Energy Over Effort: What Reality Transurfing Teaches About Energy, Attention and Everyday Life
How energy, intention and emotional balance shape the way we live and work
What if the biggest breakthrough in your sales results and your personal life didn't come from pushing harder… but from choosing a different reality to tune into?
That's exactly the question that came to my mind when I started reading Reality Transurfing 1: The Space of Variations by Vadim Zeland.
The book is esoteric, yes. It's not 'science' in the academic sense. But as a model of how energy, attention and emotion shape our lives, it's surprisingly practical — especially in sales.
In this article I want to share, in simple language, how two core ideas from Reality Transurfing — the space of variations and pendulums — can help us protect our energy, improve relationships with clients, colleagues and family, and move from negative loops to positive 'lines of life'.
And I'll connect it with what I teach in Build From Within: high performance that starts in your body, your mind and your soul — with just one intentional hour a day.
The Story
The Space of Variations & Pendulums: A Simple Translation
Zeland proposes that reality is like an infinite field containing all possible versions of your life — every scenario already exists as a 'line of life'. You are not creating reality from zero; you are tuning into one of the existing variations with your thoughts, emotions and expectations.
Pendulums are the energetic structures created when many people feed the same thought–emotion patterns. They can be destructive (fear, drama, panic, conflict) or constructive (gratitude, collaboration, trust). A pendulum has power only if you feed it with attention and emotion.
How Destructive Pendulums Appear in Real Life (Especially in Sales)
You see it every day: the angry client, the victim-minded colleague, the family member stuck in negativity, the nonstop crisis-news cycle. These pull you into their emotional frequency. If you join unconsciously, you leave drained, reactive, unfocused. Your inner state becomes your story, and your story becomes your reality.
The Superpower: Not Feeding the Pendulum
You don't fight destructive pendulums. You stop reacting emotionally. You lower 'importance'.
You stay calm with the angry client.
You don't join the gossip at lunch.
You limit toxic news.
This creates a space where you can choose a different response — and therefore a different line of life.
The Shift
Creating a Positive Pendulum: Your Own Field of Calm
Once you stop feeding the negative, you can create your own positive field.
In sales and leadership, this looks like:
entering meetings with calm energy
choosing a service mindset
transmitting trust even in difficult moments
This is how you move into life lines where solutions appear more easily.
The Practice
Practical Applications in Sales
Before the meeting: tune your inner frequency.
Body: release tension with a short movement or breathwork.
Mind: write your intention — 'I want to understand and help.'
Soul: two breaths of gratitude.
During the meeting: don't swing with the client's emotional pendulum; stay grounded.
After rejection: disconnect from the 'failure' pendulum; learn, thank, release, move on.
Applications with Colleagues & Family
Break the office complaint pendulum by focusing on solutions.
Break family conflict loops by staying neutral and shifting the conversation.
Over time, people feel that negativity doesn't survive around you.
Build From Within & Reality Transurfing
Transurfing aligns with a simple truth: your inner state is your main competitive advantage.
If your body is exhausted, mind overloaded and soul disconnected, any pendulum can pull you.
But when you give one hour a day to body, mind and soul, your personal frequency changes.
You stop being a victim of external energy.
You choose the lines of life you step into.
A Gentle Invitation
Next time you feel pulled into negativity — in sales, at home or with colleagues — remember:
You don't have to feed every pendulum.
You can choose a different line of life.
One hour a day of conscious habits changes your inner frequency — and your reality.
